We take into account your personal needs, schedule, activity level, and goals. Working with a personal trainer allows you to work out at a pace comfortable for you. Upon starting, you will undergo a fitness assessment to help us better tailor your experience. From this assessment, we will determine what works for you, what you need to work on, and how you can be the best you physically can be.
Our personal trainers focus on helping you move more efficiently in the outside world and are mindful of your abilities and limitations. We train for your goals, empower and educate you to be your best.

Fitness testing includes strength analysis, postural analysis, gait analysis, movement imbalances, body composition, and blood pressure.
Consultation includes discussion of scores, norms, goal setting, educational material and an individualized exercise program.
All individuals who are involved in the group and individual training program must have a PAR-Q, Assumption of Risk form, and a Cardiovascular Health Screening Questionnaire on file before they are allowed to participate. These can be completed at the first meeting with the personal trainer.
