This is a 45 min HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class. Unlike the typical choreographed kickboxing classes at most fitness centers where you punch and kick the air, Fitness Kickboxing combines fast-paced punching and kicking combinations using a heavy bag, focus mitts, and real boxing equipment to provide an energetic and empowering workout that will give you real results you can see and feel.
Fitness Kickboxing is sweat pouring and bag slamming fun full body workout that will get you fit fast! All Fitness Kickboxing classes begin with warm-up then basic punching and kicking moves. Stand-up punching bags are also used for combination punches and kicking. Basic punches include jabbing, hooks and uppercuts. Kicking includes roundhouse, straightforward kick, sidekicks and back kicks. Class also incorporates conditioning, core strengthening, resistance and flexibility training. Each class closes with a cool-down and stretching.
