This is a 45 min 3 in 1 intense class specifically put together to target 3 fitness components: cardio, strength, and flexibility.
Class consists of at least 3 exercise circuit that includes cardio vascular work and conditioning exercise (punching bag work, steps, jump rope, plyometrics), exercise for strength training (dumbbells, barbells, body weight exercises, and medicine and slam balls), and core exercise. Class is finished with a cool down and stretching.
This class is designed to give you the ultimate challenge and total body workout. 3X workout builds a well-balanced athletic body.
All levels are welcome. Depending on your fitness level instructor can offer low to high impact exercises, as well change the intensity of your workout.
